Well, hello there Risen Warriors ❤️ 🔥
You’ve obviously stepped onto my page for good reason and I’m so glad that you’re here 😊
Do you see yourself as a Risen Warrior Woman or do you want to become one? We are all warriors! Maybe you’re looking to step up your game in life to be a better version of you and honour your inner Goddess. Being pushed and pulled through the mills of life, sometimes we need to take matters into our own hands and take back control, level up, level out, gain new strength, and rebalance your inner being.
This is my first blog post on here so what I thought I’d do here is to introduce myself to you, explain the purpose of my blog, what it can offer you, why I have decided to blog about how I’ve overcome serious life events and what you should expect and so forth. So, without further-ado, let’s get to it…
My name is Anna and I’m a 37-year-old Risen Warrior Woman based in London, UK. I’m an IT Administrator by day and a bit of everything else the rest of the time 😊 The idea of starting a blog about my life experiences and how I can help others came to me as an epiphany some years ago. I started and stopped a few blogs already but for me there was something that was not clicking, something was missing – maybe it wasn’t the right time, who knows the reasons why things happen. I often have the idea of writing a book but starting a blog is the right course of action for now.
Anyway, now it is the right time to embark on this journey of sharing life experiences, my learning curves, my survival tools that I’ve picked up along the way to help myself recover from trauma, upsets, imbalances and anxieties. My tools for survival are fun & upbeat and have helped me tremendously and there is no need for a doctor’s appointment 😉
No one wants to be stuck in a never-ending cycle, we must do something about that if we ever find ourselves falling into a rut. It’s no good for our soul, our minds, our bodies or spirit if they become uneven – they are all connected. We must fight the good fight in order to achieve an equal balance as much as possible between these 4 precious elements 🧘♀️
Going forward, what can you expect from me?
- Posts about self-healing incl. meditation techniques, yoga, crystal healing
- Posts about the Law of Attraction& how it worked for me, it’s synchronicities & practicing gratitude.
- Getting healthy in mind, body and spirit
- Newly attained hobbies (this is being updated all the time)
- What I did in Covid19 lockdown in 2020? How did I cope? What did I do for me to ensure a balance?
- Overcoming multiple grief journeys.
- Travelling stories that helped me along the way.
- Embarking on new discoveries and new hobbies.
Ideally, I want to motivate you and show you that there is hope no matter what part of the journey you’re on, what you’re facing or where you’re at – why start later when you can start now? It’s hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel sometimes, especially when you’re in a tough situation but with hope, faith and motivation, we can push ourselves to be the best we can be and realise our worth and appreciate what we currently have.
I want this blog to be as interactive as possible where we can help each other so please feel free to comment with your ideas or maybe you’ve incorporated one of my tools of survival into your life, I’d love to hear how it has perhaps benefited you. Your ideas are just as important, and I am sure we can work together to ultimately create an even balance within our elements and rise up!
